Your acupuncture/massage treatment may include points on your arms and hands, legs and feet, or head and neck. Because acupuncture channels flow across the entire body it is possible to treat back problems, for example, with points on the hands and feet. You will not need to undress, but please do wear loose clothing that can comfortably roll up to your elbows and knees.

• Please show up on time
• Don’t eat a large meal before your visit
• Wear loose, comfortable clothes
• Be sure to discuss any questions or concerns with your acupuncturist
• Refrain from overexertion, drugs or alcohol for at least six hours after treatment
• Follow your treatment plan between visits
• Keep all of your appointments, as each visit builds upon the previous ones
• Silence is important, please turn off your cell phone and help create a relaxing environment.
• Give your body the time it needs to make the changes you want.
• Please be prepared to pay for your treatment at the start of the session. Checks and cash in exact change are preferred as they help to save  time.

All appointments  require a $25 non-refundable deposit VENMO, PAYPAL, CASHAPP

All Cancellations within 24hrs of making the appt will allow the deposit to  be applied to a resceduled service only.
